Remove the following from contacts interface

The following items can be removed from the contact list:

• Advertisement banner.
• Search box.
• Toolbar Items:
  • The entire toolbar.

• • 'Mail' icon.
  • 'Sharing folders' icon.
  • 'Spaces' icon.
  • 'Live Today' icon.
  • 'Make a call' icon.
  • 'Paint' icon.
  • 'Send message to a mobile device' icon.
