Show MessengerDiscovery today upon sign in

Enabled by default, this will show the MessengerDiscovery Today window when signing into Messenger. MessengerDiscovery Today lists lots of MessengerDiscovery news and information. If you get popups when signing into Messenger then you should turn this feature off.
